West Michigan Flocking is housed in a *5,**0 square foot facility, with 8 flocking lines per shift. We are the largest object flocker in the U.S. automotive industry and provide a variety of other manufacturing services, which include injection molding, in-line attachment assembly, and stand alone assembly of our flocked or unflocked product. This provides the unique ability to provide a molded, flocked, and/or assembled part, to meet a variety of needs. Our flocking equipment is custom built at our facility, and we have the space necessary to provide many services that our competition cannot. West Michigan Flocking maintains one of the lowest scrap rates in the industry of less than 0.5%. We are an OEM approved supplier for color mastering and a 2nd Tier certified supplier of flocked product.
